By clicking “I Agree,” “Create Account,” “Complete Purchase,” or similar button, you consent to:
- The use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with all transactions with AuthorShelf, including the Services and Publishing Agreement, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Portal User Agreement, and all Service Orders.
- The electronic delivery of all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other documents related to your account and services.
- That your electronic signature (including checkbox, click, or typed name) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
You acknowledge that:
- You have the ability to access and retain electronic records.
- You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting admin@authorshelf.com, but withdrawal will not affect the legality of prior electronic transactions and may result in termination of services.
- AuthorShelf may, at its discretion, require a paper copy of any document, in which case a $25 processing fee may apply.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and supplements all other AuthorShelf agreements.
